PUP gains popularity, Wally gains followers

Our Pick Up Poop! (PUP) educational campaign continues to receive great feedback as more than 400 advocates have taken the PUP pledge to pick up after their pets. Also on the social-media front, Twitter's @wallywaterdrop, where we post the latest Sewer District news and event announcements, just reached 430 followers. Join him.

In response to a July 22 Akron Beacon Journal article in which several Summit County officials encouraged residents not to pay any stormwater fees the Sewer District may charge in the future, Executive Director Julius Ciaccia wrote an open letter to customers in our Summit County communities. ...
