Effective February 1, the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District now manages its Rate Reduction Program (formerly known as the Affordability Program) and Crisis Assistance Program in-house. Previously, these programs were managed by CHN Housing Partners. CHN continues to manage the Water and Sewer Plumbing Assistance Program.
