- After reviewing comments, questions, and suggestions from member communties and discussions with local officials and members of the public, the Sewer District has finalized its proposed stormwater management code language which will be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval January 7.

Two versions of the code, known as Title V: Stormwater Management Code, are available for download. One version is a plain-text PDF file with the updated language, while the other is a notes version which highlights the changes and revisions made during the comment period which closed December 7. UPDATE 1/20/10: The approved Title V language is now available following Trustees' approval of the code January 7.
