The District's Homestead Rate is available to customers age 65 or older, or to anyone under 65 who is totally disabled. To be eligible, an applicant's total household income must not exceed $30,500 (effective January 1, 2012). Applicants must also own the property in which they live, and the property must be within the Sewer District's service area.
If you are already on the Homestead program, you will receive a renewal form from the City of Cleveland in the first quarter of each year.
